We want you to love your Jelymoo products! If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
